WSC was founded in 2007 by Mr. Jeffery Szytel. Mr. Szytel has been active in the water industry for more than ten years, working in all facets of water systems engineering and consulting. He has worked for special districts, cities, counties, investor owned utilities and regulatory agencies throughout California and has a strong understanding of the regulatory and political climate that WSC's clients operate within. Mr. Szytel encourages his staff to work collaboratively with clients, applying proven approaches and expertise-driven innovation to deliver truly outstanding results.
